Sanchi is a small village in India, the Bhopal 46 km northeast and 10 km and Vidisha Besnagar located in the central state of Madhya Pradesh. This is the site of many Buddhist architecture dating from the 3rd century BC to the 12th century.

Great Stupa at Sanchi was built in the 3rd century BC under the reign of Ashoka the Great. Its kernel is a brick arch structure was built by the Buddhist universe model. Through the center circle as a pillar rose, through the top dome, represents the column space. Its top three circular discs, demonstrating Three Jewels.

Chedi surrounded by a stone fence with four gates and four stones in the main, each port is 3 bar. The Bodhi tree, lotus flower, stupa, Falun ... meticulously carved in this bar. Square pillars carved images illustrating Jataka, stories of Buddha's past lives.
